Gestind works with 24 modern injection moulding presses ranging from 150 to 500 tons, attended by robots and with a computerised load of plastic material. Gestind is constantly engaged in the research and development of innovative solutions in the field of plastic injection moulding, in order to enable clients to obtain even better results. Many of the large industries are also turning to Gestind for plastic injection moulding, aware that the company’s fluid and optimised manufacturing process allows for a finished product of impeccable quality that is, above all, "Made in Italy".

The department dedicated to the production of headrest metal frames has two transfer lines, able to satisfy even the most demanding customer requirements for shapes and sizes. The constant control of components and the high automation ensures a reliable and competitive finished product. The company stands out in the market for the most demanding quality of manufacturing, which requires great experience and a deep knowledge of production techniques.

The finished product is painstakingly assembled through manual, semi-automatic and automatic processes. 
Using complex and cutting-edge machinery operated by robots, automatic and semi-automatic assembly is monitored until the upholstering of the particular item and checked with cameras to give the product impeccable quality.
The guarantee of reliability respecting the times established with the customer is fundamental.
